1. Operational Scope

By engaging with WJD Supply Chain Solutions L.L.C., you're agreeing to our comprehensive logistics framework. We don't just move cargo; we manage commitments. 2. Cargo Liability & Payload Rules

Our liability for loss or damage is strictly defined by the Bill of Lading (BOL). We're committed to safe transit, but specific limitations apply based on commodity classes.

• Maximum liability per pound is determined by functional freight classification.
• Consequential damages, including lost profits or market delays, are not recoverable under standard terms.
• Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery, as per 49 C.F.R. part 370.

3. Payment & Credit Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of the invoice unless we've established a separate written agreement. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Why wait for manual processing? You'll find our digital invoicing platform much more efficient.
